I understand the struggle. I've been trapped in the diet cycle, counting calories and chasing fleeting results, only to find it harder in my 40s. Realizing I needed a sustainable approach for healthy aging, I ditched the diets, guilt, and shame.
As a certified personal trainer, nutritional coach, and mindset specialist (13+ years experience), I discovered the power of small, consistent changes in how I ate, how I moved, and how I handled stress, emotions, and negative self talk. This led to sustainable results and inspired the F3 Framework: Food.Fitness.Focus.

All coaching calls will be recorded so you won't miss any coaching content and can still gain insight from the group.. They calls will be at various times to allow for more participation.
